Volunteer for the Youth Urban Leadership Program

The success of YULP comes from the dedicated support of volunteers like you! There are many opportunities to be involved, each with a different level of commitment based on your capacity to contribute. We believe that representation matters, and we like to introduce planners from diverse backgrounds so they can see themselves doing this work. We also look for a diversity of sectors and topic areas that planners can work in.

Depending on the role volunteers undertake, the time commitment varies from a one-off basis in the form of hosting a field trip, facilitating a workshop, providing your expertise check-in on the development of fellows' annual project, to a regular ongoing commitment as a mentor.
